To make a purchase using PayPal, just select the PayPal payment option at checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal's site to complete your transaction. Once your transaction is completed on PayPal's site, you will be directed back to VTAdvantec.com to complete your order.

Sales tax is determined based on your shipping address. Please keep in mind that the sales tax you see in your shopping cart is an estimate; you will see the final sales tax when you place your order.

We apologize but we are unable to process any orders without tax through our website.

Product purchased on VTAdvantec.com may be returned to for a full refund within 15 days of purchase as long as it meets our return guidelines. 

You won't be charged for a return as long as you provide your return form and label with your return shipment.

Please fill out our return form on the back of the receipt you received with your order. Once the product has been received back, the product will be quickly assessed by our team and if it meets our requirements, you will receive a refund back onto your original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we are only able to process e-commerce returns for products that were purchased on VTAdvantec.com If you purchased a product from an authorized dealer, you can inquire about returning it by contacting the dealer directly.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of our receipt of the shipment.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for VT Advantec to receive and process your return. All credits will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10 days of the processing of your return.

VT Vantage warrants the Products up to 120 days upon purchase.

It takes us about 7-14 business days to review your claim. We will be sure to reach out to you once your claim has been reviewed by our team!

• A $10 flat rate will be charged for orders under $75 and you will get FREE DELIVERY for orders over $75.
• We ship Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. All orders placed before 11AM CST will be shipped the same day. When your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Unfortunately, VTAdvantec.com currently does not ship outside the United States at this time.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed with expedited shipping, if placed before the cut off time (2 pm CST), will ship the same day.

All shipping and handling is free for all orders over $75. If your purchase is under $75, the shipping fees will vary by state and will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Yes. In your shipping confirmation email we will provide you your personal tracking number for your VT Advantec products which you can follow up and track with UPS or USPS tracking services. You can also use our tracking link to find out see where your VT Advantec products are!

No, unfortunately VT Advantec cannot ship to an APO/FPO address at this time.

VT Advantec currently ships products out of Chicago, Illinois.
