No, we’re sorry, but we are unable to accept gift cards for online orders at this time.

To make a purchase using PayPal, just select the PayPal payment option at checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal's site to complete your transaction. Once your transaction is completed on PayPal's site, you will be directed back to VTAdvantec.com to complete your order.

Sales tax is determined based on your shipping address. Please keep in mind that the sales tax you see in your shopping cart is an estimate; you will see the final sales tax when you place your order.

We apologize but we are unable to process any orders without tax through our website.

Products purchased on VTAdvantec.com may be returned to for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as it meets our return guidelines.

You won't be charged for a return as long as you provide your return form and label with your return shipment.

Unfortunately, we are only able to process e-commerce returns for products that were purchased on VTAdvantec.com If you purchased a product from an authorized dealer, you can inquire about returning it by contacting the dealer directly.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of our receipt of the shipment.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for VT Advantec to receive and process your return. All credits will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10 days of the processing of your return.

VT Advantec warrants the products up to 120 days upon purchase.

• A calculated shipping rate will be charged for orders under $75 and you will get FREE DELIVERY for orders over $75 within the United States.
• We ship Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. All orders placed before 11AM CST will be shipped the same day. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Yes, we ship to multiple countries!

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed with expedited shipping, if placed before the cut off time (2 pm CST), will ship the same day.

Shipping and handling is free for all orders over $75. If your purchase is under $75, the shipping fees will vary by state and will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Yes. Your personal tracking number will be provided to you within the shipment confirmation email. You can use the tracking link to see where your VT Advantec products are.

No, unfortunately VT Advantec cannot ship to an APO/FPO address at this time.
